HEARTHCube is sovereign AI infrastructure engineered around its own onsite power plant. Designed for islanded operation, it can run without a utility grid interconnection, keep customer data inside the deployment boundary, and recover waste heat through a five-stage cascade.
No grid interconnection required by design. Off-grid removes grid-connection dependency; it does not remove site, fuel, safety, environmental or other applicable permitting.
The cascade
The same heat, spent five times.
A conventional facility makes heat once and vents it. HEARTHCube runs that heat down a five-stage cascade, each stage claiming what the last could not use, until more than ninety-five percent of it has done real work before anything is released.
Stages one and two
Fuel-cell exhaust is the hottest headwater. ORC turbines turn grade-A heat back into electricity for the compute.
Stages three and four
Mid-grade heat drives cooling and process loads. District hot water warms buildings and neighbourhoods at tariff.
Stage five
The last usable warmth: greenhouses, pre-heat, snow-melt. Only then is anything released.
The honest physics, stated first. HEARTHCube does not break the second law of thermodynamics and never claims to. It extracts far more useful work, exergy, from each unit of fuel before the remainder is released. The advance is in what we capture, not in physics repealed.
